Adds some vanilla-ish apparel
use it with some mod that allows you to see hair with a hat on.

-the gas mask is basically the advance helmet but it covers your face and provides toxic resistance
-the custodian helmet is similar to the simple helmet but made of textiles or leather, it also slightly boosts pain threshold and melee prowess
-the beret is a basic hat but it grants slight aim speed and accuracy bonuses
-the peaked cap is a basic hat but adds a little pain shock resistance and charisma
-the cap is similar to the cowboy hat
-the backwards hat is similar to the cap except it grants less heat resistance (as it doesn't cover your eyes) and a slight charisma penalty (because it makes you look like a (overzealous steam censorship))
-the tricorn is similar to the cowboy hat
-the bearskin hat grants a bonus to marksmanship and pain threshold
