Valve wanted a way to expand the factor range of Prime to include toxic behavior outside of the game itself. It seems that low trust factor has isolated players in losing streaks while doing the opposite for those with high trust factors. In turn, this could lead to people either quitting the game or buying a new account and starting fresh.It seems that Trust Factor essentially tries to pair people up who are at the same relative skill level regardless of whether they’re level 21, unlike Prime. here as, while being level 21 is not impossible for a dedicated cheater to achieve, it can at least stop some who don’t have the patience to grind to that level.

To boost your trust factor you need to:


- Be active in the community
Ex. Comment on guides, Be active in discussions.


- Don't be toxic on competitive, Try to be respectful and as nice as you possible can.


- Farm hours on CS:GO, Apparently you can boost trust factor by farming hours i haven't tried it so i don't know if it works or not.


- Having Prime Status improves your trust factor so try to connect your phone number.

For all the cheaters out their and hiding their main, well sadly the accounts that are banned with Overwatch and Vac connected to your IP or HWID (Hardware ID) every account that gets banned lowers the trust factor on the ones that are not banned.
