To be honest, i don't know, i just open bin folder in insurgency2, then hammer.exe

Do i have to use the Insurgency or the Source SDK, not sure if theres a difference in the two.

This map was in sdk_content/maps/sdk_styleguide, so you need valve hammer editor to compile it. (T-pose bots i added by myself)
