That would have to be Big Bob's job to fix that. i only ported the model to Gmod, and i don't have the skill to fix the finger issue sadly. Sorry

Probably need to fix the finger bones. Most of the joints on the fingers don't actually bend

Yeah but this was a inspiration version of gordon freeman from the Half-Life 3 story thing where gordon's arm was cut off.
