Back to originals! I feel the workshop has a deficit of modest, one-floor American homes, so I intend to do a few of them - cedar sided to fit my PNW series. If you'd like more generic siding, I uploaded that here. This one is extremely low poly to make it framerate friendly when populating large neighborhoods. A few props and trees and you'll hardly know the difference. Just avoid too many props, or your GPU will die anyway ;)

I stole some of the textures from 220hertz, who's been doing commissions for this series. The asset is color mapped so that the shingles have subtle color mapping to look newer or older.

I recommend loading it into the asset editor and decorating to your needs!

Don't mind the silly names I gave many of these assets. I just needed some way to easily identify them.
