Assassin's Rags No Defense Penalty

This Makes the Assassin's Rags have no defense debuff, and makes it more realistic. This also changes the Ninja rags arm coverage and thats all with the Ninja Rags

Coverage:
Left arm: 50% from 0%
Both arms (Ninja Rags): 90% from 60%
Both arms (Swamp Ninja Rags): 90% from 80%
Chest and Stomach (Swamp Ninja Rags): 100% from 90%
Hand protection: 20% from 0% (only one hand is partly coverd)

Stats:
Combat defense bonus: 2 from -4
it was mentioned in ingame description. "the wide open mid-section creates an opening that leads to more predictable enemy attacks".
Now it has +2 defense from what i had it at 0, if you want a 0 version just let me know!

Weather Resistance:
Acid Rain: 10% from 0%
Adic Rain (Ninja Rags): 15% from 0%
