This map is still in BETA (128 x 80)

I have released this map early for public testing, the map is designed as an alternative to the other world maps out there. The aims for this map are to;
  • A world map where land mass is large enough for variety but not too large that late game becomes slow
  • Realistic placement of natural resources
  • Europe and Japan slightly enlarged
  • Atlantic and Pacific oceans slightly reduced in size
  • African continent slightly reduced in size
  • Phoenicians spawn as Carthage to prevent overcrowding in the Middle East

Current To Do List
  • Prevent certain CS Spawning
  • Create new CS
  • Prevent beginning resource spawning
  • True City Naming

Is this compatible with gameplay options/civs from the New Frontier patches? Such as monopolies and Portugal? Or the latest two Wonders? I realize the mod author is currently inactive, I was just wondering if anybody else knows?
