[Alpha] Laser Welders Reloaded

Beskrivelse
Changes from the original version:

- All tools were combined in one Multitool
- The Multitool now acts as a welder and a grinder/drill (toggleable in terminal)
- The Multitool replaces the Laser Grinder Laser Welder block, the old Laser Grinder and Laser Drill blocks are removed
- Voxel cutout is now cylindric
- "Dump Stone" option added in grinder/drill mode: the tool will not pick up any material yielding Stone and will just destroy it
- Each tool now has a hard limit on how much work it can do in a tick, if this limit is exceeded, it will slow down its work
- Any grid operation (welding, grinding, placing projected block) now happens at a rate of 1 block per tick

The mod is configurable per-world. A full configuration guide can be found here.

This is still alpha, proceed with caution.

When reporting any bug, please include the logs:

- SpaceEngineers.log

- EEM_Debug.log
- EEM_General.log (if not empty)


If you do not include any logs, you will be ignored

very interesting mod. to optimize drilling, small residues remain during drilling that are difficult to remove and potentially harmful to the ship. fixed this detail is a great and comfortable mod

I tried this on a small grid together with the defense shield mod. If I set the beam length more then the default 4 blocks, it hits the shield from inside and turns off. If remote controlled then even the connection terminates.

this mod is causing a multigriddermodule error. it only happens when you have production quota, modular encounters, and this mod enabled. Dev of production quota said his mod does not contain multigriddermodule therefore it could not be his issue. Could not find log for this issue but it spams the screen with red text.

Worked pretty good for a long while, used it on a lot of builds. But since the industrial upgrade it seems broken, at least in multiplayer, doesnt work anymore.
