Good luck once again!

Avoid using large maps and pop 1000-2000, game has some optimization issues so it's better to use small and normal maps and do not build a metropolis :D just saying :)

No, mods in Newbie collection can be placed anywhere, whatever you want them - I made those for new players cause for some it's kinda confusing at start to make order and place properly connected mods (like some of my industry mods).

Thanks for those , better to spend more time reading and understanding the implications of deciding to test out 99 mods at the start,lol.
Found the new support forum and subbed and bookmarked it, thanks for the link.
The newbie collection is probably what I need to enable first to play the game.

Does that load order matter with that newbie collection...?

Don't know if you saw it yet but I founded new supporting forum:

You can find there some helpful tips, be careful with mods at the beginning, it's good to master first some game's mechanics and balance :) and then experiment with adding more mods.

Remember to go through mods options (some if not activated can cause CTD)

And if you have some troubles use my guide how to send log file after CTD and I will help, all of mods in LO are tested and working well :)
