Introduction
Welcome to EscapeVR: Trapped Above the Clouds! This guide will be split into two separate parts; these are guides for each individual achievement for those who want to experience the game on their own (spoiler tags included!) and a full walkthrough with all achievements incorporated into it for those who would rather just get the game done quick. I would recommend reading the basic achievement guide before starting the game, just to get an idea of some things, then following the full walkthrough if you so desire. Without further ado, here is the guide.
Spoiler-free Achievement Guide
This is the section in which I will be more brief and summarize each achievement. You can find a full walkthrough in the next section.

No achievements are truly missable, and all can be done easily if you start from the third zone (the roof) from the main menu after completing the game on your own.

Storyline

The following achievements are storyline-related and unmissable:
Confinement
Break out of the closet

Lofty height
Leave the penthouse

Building worker
Get out of the construction area

Escape!
Escape the building

"Missable" achievements

The following achievements are ones you might not get along your normal playthrough. I want to clarify that by "missable" I do not mean that they are achievements that need to be done at a specific time, but rather just that the average person might not necessarily get these. You can go back and get all of these achievements if you've completed the game and start from the third zone (roof) via the main menu. They will be ordered via how soon you can get each of them in the game (chronologically).

Doctor
Check your heartbeat

This is right at the start of the game, in the main area of the penthouse (after breaking out of the closet and exiting the bedroom area). There is a pair of white coats hanging up at the end of the little entrance corridor; there is a stethoscope in one of the coat's pockets (This is a required object in the game when opening the mechanical safe in the penthouse). Grab it, and put the end of it up to your chest (in other words, grab it, then use the "use" trigger, and put the end of the stethoscope (which you should now be holding) up to your chest to hear your heartbeat)

The location of the stethoscope

When the achievement should pop (you should hear a heartbeat sound effect)

Bookworm
Read the entire manual

This one is simple, but takes around a minute. Once you get to the construction zone (Suites B on the elevator) there is a manual you will be required to view, located on the table next to the broken elevator. You don't need to flip through all of the pages normally, but for this achievement you'll need to. There are 96 pages in total. Just mash the "use" trigger on your controller as fast as you can until you've flipped to the end of the binder.

Sweet Tooth
Eat all the cookies

Once you get to the roof area, there are a bunch of high tables around. On 4 of these tables are plates, each with 5 cookies on them. Eat all 20 cookies (put them up to your mouth) and the achievement will pop.

Lift Boy
Reach all floors

This one is very self-explanatory. You can do it once you gain access to the penthouse once more after getting to the roof. Visit every single floor via the elevator, including the penthouse. Though you'll have already been there, you need to access it again through the elevator.

Firefighter
Extinguish the fireplace

In the penthouse, there is a fireplace next to the bar. You'll need to get the fire extinguisher, which can be found on the construction zone floor (Suites B). Take it, bring it up the elevator to the penthouse, and extinguish the fireplace as the description says.

Origami Locations
This achievement has been given its own section due to it being related to collectibles.
Origami Lover
Find all origamis

There are a total of ten origami cranes hidden throughout the game. You simply need to just pick each of them up. You can drop it immediately after.
As a quick hint, there are 3 located on the penthouse floor, 3 located within the construction area (Suites B), 3 located on the roof level, and one in the VIP car park floor. You can see your total count in the achievement progress bar on Steam as well as on the main menu.

Locations (with pictures):
Penthouse
•In the initial walk-in closet you start out in

•On a table in the bedroom

•Up on the beam behind the bar in the main area

Suites B (Construction area)
•Behind a couple boxes in the construction area, on the corner

•To the left of the thing (facing towards it) that falls that brings you to the construction zone, behind some boxes (pretty precariously placed)

•Under the right chair (facing towards their backs)

Roof
•Behind some boxes in the room with the elevator

•Ordered from the drone delivery service

•Behind some wood planks next to the door (outside part) that leads to the elevator room

VIP Car Park
•In the VIP car park floor, in the corner right to the left of the elevator (facing towards it)
Full Walkthrough
This is going to be a comprehensive walkthrough of the entire game, including the achievements along the way. There is both a text walkthrough here as well as a video walkthrough in case something is not clear. "Origamis" are marked in bold, and achievement pops will be listed; remember that for the origamis you simply need to grab each of them and you can do whatever you wish with them afterward. The act of grabbing it counts as "finding" it. Puzzle spoilers, be warned!
The Penthouse
You'll start out in a walk-in closet.
•Grab the red origami crane on a shelf to the right of the doors.
•Grab one of the coat hangers.
•Use the coat hanger and push it in between the locked doors. Move it upwards to move the handle up, thus opening the doors.
Confinement
Break out of the closet
•Open the now-unlocked doors and walk into the bedroom.
•Take the brush and makeup on the shelf to your right. Dab the brush into the makeup to get a makeup-covered brush. Bring this with you.
•Grab the yellow origami crane on the small table in the corner by the windows.
•Open the brown double doors (these are already unlocked).
•Walk down this short corridor and pick up the stethoscope in one of the white coats' pockets at the end of it. "Use" the stethoscope and put it up to your upper chest to hear your heartbeat.
Doctor
Check your heartbeat
•Go to the spilled vodka and shot glass with the thumbprint on it, to your left (this is by the TV).
•Dab the makeup-covered brush onto the thumbprint on the shot glass. You can set this shot glass down by the mechanical safe door.
•Go behind the bar and look up onto the beam and grab the gray origami crane.
•Take the stethoscope from before and use it on the mechanical safe door. When spinning each of the dials, there will be a more noticeable click at one point; this is where you want to stop it. The code is not consistent across playthroughs, so you'll have to figure it out on your own.
•Take the shot glass with the makeup-covered thumbprint and bring it into the room behind the mechanical safe. Put the shot glass up to the fingerprint scanner to open the door.
•Inside this second safe is a gun that shoots colored pellets and a boxed opera CD. Just take the CD.
•Bring the CD to the music player by the all the speakers in the main area. Power it on, press the "eject" button, take the CD out of the box and put it into the player, and the close the lid and press play.
•Turn the volume up to the max on the box to the left of the music player. This will break the glass windows.
•Go to the now shattered windows. Get onto the platform and press the "up" button on it. It'll come crashing down.
Lofty heights
Leave the penthouse
The Construction Area
At this point, you are able to leave and come back later via the main menu (you can start from this zone again)
•Immediately after crashing down, go to you right where all the boxes are and grab the gray origami crane between them.
•Now go back to the platform and walk forward a bit. Behind a box on the corner to the left is a green origami crane.
•Now go around this corner to the chairs. Under the right one (facing towards their backs) is a red origami crane.
•Turn back around and go take a turn to get to the area with the broken elevator. There is a manual here, as well as a coffee machine. Grab the manual (it's in a black binder) and quickly flip through all 96 pages.
Bookworm
Read the entire manual
•Grab the x-acto knife (utility knife) off the desk.
•Bring the knife over to the orange electrical box. Cut open the eight packages surrounding it (two to the right of it, six to the left/in front of it)
•Open up the electrical box. Put the plug components in as such:

•Go to the broken elevator, bringing one of the numpads and any button component of the three you've unboxed.
•Place the button component into the slot by the elevator. Put the numpad onto it and type in the five digit code (see below).

Because this puzzle varies across playthroughs, I'll just have to explain its solution.
Basically, in the manual there are a series of initialization codes for each different component ID. The one you'll need will be covered by a coffee stain. This will required a tad bit of math, but nothing beyond simple addition or subtraction. You just add 24 and stuff. Here's the code for every one of the possible IDs you may be trying to find. Use CTRL+F to jump to the exact code you're looking for.

Once you've entered the value you needed into the numpad (see the component ID on your piece and enter the corresponding one listed above) you have almost completed the construction area!

•Take the fire extinguisher (near the table) and put it into the newly repaired elevator.
•Take the drill (on top of the table) and put it into the elevator as well.
•Step into the elevator, and go down to the VIP car park floor. Once arriving, to your immediate right, in the corner of the concrete room, grab the gray origami crane. It'll blend in with the walls a bit.
•Go back into the elevator, and go to every floor (visit the Lobby, Suites A, Suites B, Suites C, and finally the Roof). This is for an achievement that we will be able to get soon once we have access to the Penthouse again.
•Once arriving at the roof, zone 2 is complete.

Building worker
Get out of the construction area
The Roof
Another checkpoint. You can take a break here and come back if you need to do so.
•Walk out of the elevator once you've arrived at the roof level. Behind all those boxes is another gray origami crane for you to grab.
•Go out to the left and outside. Immediately after going through the door to the outside part, there is a yellow origami crane behind the wood planks to the left.
•Around all the tables are some plates that have cookies on them. There are 4 plates in total, each with 5 cookies, making for a total of 20 cookies. Eat all of them.
Sweet Tooth
Eat all the cookies
•On the left part of this outside area, there is a touch screen with a pattern lock on it. Draw an uppercase M shape on it (like so):
(I didn't finish the final line because it immediately switches to unlocked after inputting it; it should just be between the right middle and right bottom squares)

•Open the compartment on the back on the kiosk. There is a drone helipad in it. Take it, and drop it onto the blue circle to the right of the kiosk.
•Go back to the kiosk touch screen, click the right arrow, and order the historical car key. A drone will deliver it and land on the helipad. Open up the package and take out the wooden box with the key in it. Take the packaging off of the helipad.
•Click the right arrow on the touch screen. Order the universal access keycard. Same process as before; open the package and remove its contents, then clear off the helipad for one more order.
•Click the right arrow on the touch screen twice. Order the Japanese Paper Crane. Once it arrives, grab it out of the box.
Origami Lover
Find all origamis
•Go back to the elevator, bringing the car key (wooden box) and universal access keycard with you. Take the universal access keycard out of its little box and insert it into the slot on the elevator. We can now enter the Penthouse floor.
•Go back to the Penthouse.
Lift Boy
Reach all floors
If this achievement doesn't pop, just try visting all floors again. You probably missed one.
•Once you arrive at the penthouse, first take the fire extinguisher out of the elevator. Use it on the fireplace in the penthouse.
Firefighter
Extinguish the fireplace
•Next, take the car key out of the elevator. Take it out of its box, and bring it to the car. Open up the trunk with it.
•Inside the trunk is a rope, blanket, and a lock picking set. Just take the lock picking set, it's all you'll need.
•Create the lock pick. This puzzle varies across playthroughs as well, so I'll have to explain the solution as there are many combinations it can be.
This is derived from an ad message on the TV in the penthouse for the lock used up on the roof for the chest we need to open. Watch the TV until the headline at the bottom scrolls all the way to the left, then see what the ad says.
It'll say the following:

This event is presented by Guardian Angel Introducing the new combination lock AA/##

Of course, it won't say "AA/##", but it will show two letters, a slash, and 2 numbers. The lock picking set shows you a series of locks. For example, if it says "RC/56" then take the sharp elbow piece (the top half of the "RC/00" image) and put it onto the top half of the pick, and then take a square piece followed by a semicircle piece for the bottom half (the bottom half of the "PL/56" image) and you'll have your lock. What you're doing is combining the top half of one written combination with the bottom half of another to create the pick you need.

•Bring the lock pick you've just created back up to the roof via the elevator. Open up the big black chest in the right part of the outdoor area (it says "Guardian Angel" with a lock icon on it).
•Once unlocked, you will now have access to skydiving gear. Go back to the elevator and get the drill.
•Use the drill to unscrew the four screws along the metal barrier that blocks where you're meant to jump.
•Equip the skydiving gear. Go onto the platform, and teleport into the blue circle.

Full Walkthrough: Video Guide
I have created a full video guide for anyone who needs it. This includes every achievement, and all origami locations. This is mainly meant to be used if something in the text guide may have been unclear. Or if you just prefer a video guide for maximum clarity always. This video also serves as a walkthrough for the casual player who may find themselves to be stuck.

NOTE: When I am showing off the "Sweet Tooth" achievement (the cookies one) I state that that is the fifth achievement you should be getting. This is incorrect; this achievement should be the sixth achievement you obtain. I make the same mistake when referring to the "Origami Lover" achievement right after, which is not the sixth, but the seventh achievement you should be getting. "Lift Boy" should be your eighth achievement, and "Firefighter" should be your ninth. Your final achievement should be "Escape!" and I recognize near the end that I had lost count of how many achievements you should have (I forgot to count the "Building worker" achievement) so I felt the need to clarify this here for anyone who may be confused.

If you look at the screen from a different angle, you can see the smudgy fingerprints which form an M shape
