Look how much Time Cubes you have.
The best time to Time Warp is when you Carry Capacity Full is
Recommended Artifects
Choose for Ability Energy and Gold Collect. Also its good to make the zones shorther and the waves can be better shorther. And upgrade you Carry Capacity of course
Dont forgot the Hover Bike speed. You can also increase the start level. Its more to you. But im recommend you all the artifects, whre you should choose for is gold and start level
The best timeline options
Choose an harder difficulty will give you more Time Cubes. Choose for:
No Hover Bike (Required)
Permadeath (Time Warp when you death)
No ghost Progess (No gold and Waves in ghost mode)
No healing Stations (The start stations dont heal the soldier)
When you choose this options all you get 4X so much Time Cubes

Best artifacts are subjective, for instance for idle progression builds, you would go for hover bike speed, turret/drone dps & startlevel, and gold. Wave reduction isnt a must as the cost gets increasingly higher and in the end you will be just using 4 Aces as your wave reduction anyways. But have some wave reduction in the early game helps.

I think you should also explain why you think those artifacts that you had listed are the best.
Besides that its a good start for a guide for beginners
