Just wanted to share with the community some info about this awesome little game. Seeing as there are no other guides available (on Steam at least).

Hardest Difficulty: Beat the game on Hard.
Level Select: Beat the game on the (unlocked) Hardest difficulty to unlock level select for THAT CHARACTER.
Play as Rilo Doppelori: Beat the game once.
Play as Mr. Almost : Beat the game with Rilo Doppelori.
Records :Beat the game once. Records menu is in Extras Menu.

Secrets

Secret boss: Shady Hanz
While playing as Xoda (the default character) on HARD mode only, go to Level 5 and defeat Sailorman.
The floor will explode and you'll drop down.
You should see some barrels to the left.
Jump over them and you'll find a portrait of Lori from the first Noitu Love.
After viewing it for a few seconds, proceed to the right.
The ground should explode after you jump over the barrels.
Shady Hanz awaits below.

Credit goes to Eastx for this secret. I have not actually tested it myself but I beleive it to be true.

The Unlockables and Secrets in this game are sadly very few- but also very rewarding to find and attain. I, quite ironically, managed (at last!) to find each of these without using this guide, but I can assure you: I was considering using this. Thank you, on behalf of all of us who tend to have a... sporadic relationship with unlockables and secrets, for creating this guide and having it available for use for those who need and/or want it.

To tell the truth, I fighted Shady Hanz in the normal mode. First, you must beat the game, then you do the steps to fight him. I guess I beat him in the normal mode. Someone tried this?

to get the secret boss, you have to play on Hard mode. It doesn't work on Normal mode!
