Beskrivning
The Blood Syringe is a custom Active item which when used applies the bleed effect to every enemy in the room and becomes full, if used when full it will instead heal you 1 red heart and spawn some creep below you.

You can find it in Treasure rooms and Curse rooms.

Idea and sprite by aalqui.


This is included in POTATO PACK 1.

since syringes are pasive items, seeing this mod is kind of weird. Great and original concept though
