First things first, find him on the streets of Kamurocho walking with his Demonfire Dagger.

Make him notice you

When he notices you stay away and when he starts dashing get as close as you can to him!

"Tch, Majima-san..."

Kiryu will grumble about Majima-san noticing him and looks directly at him.

"Running Majima" phase

As you can see with your very eyes here we have him at his full speed.

"As long as you're NOT standing in my way" phase

You can actually avoid fighting with him.

"Ghost Majima" joins the battle
