First and foremost, special thanks to Kriegsyntax/Kriegstrudel for the base files to edit, the work they do is amazing and really appreciated!

These NPC's are the land police of Berlin, from the post world war 1 era. (1930's)

(of course, they are NOT ORPO, but they share the same ranks
