[L4DAC] Golden Katana

Yeah, I know what you're thinking, this is just an ordinary retexture of the katana which has been done multiple times already, but I assure you this isn't ordinary enough. This is the Golden Katana straight out of Left 4 Dead: Survivors (LEFT 4 DEAD -生存者たち- or L4DAC), which serves an unknown purpose other than being a (pricey?) bragging right for the Japanese NESICA players and western katana collectors from your local anime convention, ripped from the game itself thanks to Theuaredead finally redistributing the entire game from one of the arcade machines. I just felt like doing this for completion, and if there was anything valuable I could do with what we've got now, it'll probably be HUD retextures and/or Japanese voices for the survivors and NPCs.
