!Mass Effect Civilizations - Asari - Spawn Thessia

Description
This is an optional Mass Effect Civilisations: Asari module that enables spawning of the Asari Republics as an AI empire (unless a player is playing it) when starting a new game.

By default, prescripted empires in the MEC series will never spawn as AI unless a human player is playing at least one of them. You do not need this module if you only want to play as one of the empires in question.

In order to function correctly, this module must be placed BELOW Mass Effect Civilisations - Asari in your load order!

This is not a standalone mod! It absolutely requires the following to function:

  • Stellaris™
    Paradox Interactive
  • Team Nessassity:
Princess Stabbity, Nessa & Teneb Kel

@PrincessStabbity ok thanks!

@medea_speare : I'm not sure... but at that point you might as well disable this. This "mod" literally just contains an empire design so if you're using your own, you don't need it.

If I enable this mod and force spawn the empire through saving in the empire menu; Will i get 2 Thessia empires or only the one I have modified and force spawned?

I don't know, I wonder what I've been announcing in the comments of the main mod for the past couple of weeks. I bet it's some exciting stuff that might be worth checking out n_n

@Princess Stabbity A belated thank you for your belated answer. I'm now using the Paradox Mod Manager (it's...not great, but oh well), and I think the reverse is true in that.

@Synthesis: You need to put patches below the mods they override.

@Princess Stabbity I think I encountered the same situation unfortunately (I have it very close to the top of my load order, but who knows if that's how it works in the new mod manager).

IMPORTANT!
There is apparently an issue with how load order is determined by Launcher 2.0 (Stellaris 2.4.0). If the mod is active but the civ has failed to spawn in your game, try disabling and re-enabling this mod in your launcher to reset its load priority, and start a new game.

@WeerW3ir: Because this is more convenient for end-users who aren't aware that they can set it up manually. It also shows that we now officially support AI functionality for our prescripted empires. Previously we did not and users spawned them at their own risk.

But if that way works. why then a mode for it? :thonking:
