PNW Motel (RICO)

This a commissioned asset retexture done by 220Hertz for my Cannon Cape series. The original asset can be found here.

This is a RICO enabled asset featuring the cedar shingle siding common in coastal and alpine areas. The RICO settings should be identical to the original. You can still plop it without the RICO mod, I believe.

Low tris, custom LOD, and no props so you can decorate to your liking :)

Don't mind the silly names I give these, I just needed a way to keep track of the files.
