Relatable Bandits

Adds 'Named' status to many bandits, so you can know who you are killing.

Instead of "Hungry Bandit" of the "Hungry Bandits", you can deny food to "Shlep" of the "Hungry Bandits".

Also adds 'named' to many NPCs whose function is clear.

Ninjas are still anonymous. Police, shop counter traders, plastic surgeons, fences, guards and soldiers all keep their 'job title' as names, because what they do is more important than who they are. This goes too for some squad leaders of bandit factions so you can identify them easier.

Only exception is the UC new conscripts who trail the Samurai patrols, they get names so you can feel bad for them, tryin' their best to be a big bad samurai, but most probably taking a Palladin's cross to the face. Might do the same for the 'Holy Chosen'.

HIGHLY recommend getting a mod that extends the random name lists, such as my More Names! mod: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1461137298 (there are others out there too), or you're just going to be living in world of 'Hotlongs'.
