GG Studios d.o.o had this to say about Grounds of Glory: Grounds of Glory is an online arena-based PvP game. It features destructible elements, proper projectile collision and reactive spells and abilities. Its fast-paced and action-packed combat is heavily dependant on positioning, reaction speed and aiming your projectiles.

The only problem is that the gameplay is horrible.  It literally feels like I’m playing a game that is in Early Alpha and has only had its first pass of the combat animations applied to it.  I logged in and did the tutorial, which by all rights should always be a good demo for your game, and I was sorely disappointed.  The tutorial wasn’t enough to cover everything, it was almost like they added in something so a single player would have *some* level of exposure to the game prior to being paired with other players.

I would have tried to do some PvP vs other players, but there were only 3 people online, and matches are 2v2 and 3v3.  At $14.99 this game is on Steam as a finished product, it does not have the Early Access tab.  This game, sadly, I think is dead on arrival.

The sad part is, they do manage to get projectile collision and somewhat right, which would have been a cool feature of the game.  A straight buy to play business model isn’t going to work for a PvP style game, not when so many F2P versions exist and have far superior gameplay and graphics.
