Added optional XP boost to pretty much every tech, with only electronics and industry being exempt. Requirements are a rough extrapolation based on vanilla numbers.

Is this balanced?



Changelog:
  • 03/03/19: Reduced the cost of all boosts across the board by -50. So 100 cost boosts are now 50, and 125 are now 75.

Incompatibility:
This mod only overwrites technologies.

Is there a way that you could please update this mod for the newest patch? Thank you. Also, is there a way that you could please make a mod lifting the cap for xp? Nothing is there that's modern and working for XP caps.
