Functional Turntable Pack - Standard Engine size
Turntable pack, consisting of 3 color variations (and one without generator for oldies).

Technical Details
  • Three turntables with:
  • Old looking without generator
  • Brand new, gray
  • Brand new, yellow/mustard
  • Decorative building, can be placed anywhere.
  • Custom LOD
  • Functional: can be integrated into network.
  • Based on Erstfeld turntable, located in Switzerland.
Recommended Mods
  • Move It, to edit and tweak stuff.
  • Ploppable Asphalt+, to cover the void area surrounding the base, as game does not have circular void generation.
  • Find It, to find and use props in-game.
  • search tag: Railyard, REVO, REV0, Ground, Installation, Turntable, Erstfeld
How to use, how it works
  • Place turntable.
  • Use Ploppable asphalt assets (cliff, grass, asphalt or concrete) to cover empty areas surrounding the asset.
  • Either connect it to the other tracks or keep it as independant.
  • No it does not rotate, as 1. It has a functional train track on it, so it can't rotate, 2. it does not make sense to rotate it emptry, 3. I will make it rotated with a pre-added train asset some time later.

can somebody please post a tutorial on how to install this awesome asset .ploppable asphalt doesn't cover open ground / blue area What am I missing?.....

Ah.

Disable all snapping options in Road Tool and Fine Road / Anarch Road mod tools. That way they wont auto snap to each other. Alternatively, drag 1 track on different area nearby, then drag and copy paste with Move It mod as you need

where the tracks meet the turntable. i lay a track from the shed to the turntable, then the next one always wants to snap to the previous ones connection point. where should the turntable be to get the same effect as in your pictures?

im having trouble using this. i cant seem to get the spacing right for the tracks coming from the railyard sheds, is there a tutorial for setting this up? i have move it, fine road anarchy and prop and tree anarchy.
