General
The letters at the end of all emails combine to form a secret password.

Open each and every email, note the ending letter, and note the timestamp (date format is MM/DD/YY). This includes all emails, even hidden, encrypted, zipped, and PDF ones.

Yes, this means you will need all four tools found in the game. WARNING: Once you return to the mainframe after collecting all four tools, Lya will not let you leave the mainframe, and you will not be able to complete this secret achievement, and must start a new save for that.

You should get exactly 50 letters. Sort them by date, earliest to latest. The first few letters should clue you in as to what to do with this string.

Use of letters
This is the password for a hidden audio file somewhere in the network. Open the file, and you will hear an audio log of Lya being given back control of the complex after 2 weeks of isolation for instability, and immediately killing everyone a la GLaDOS and ending the audio log herself, and get the achievement "Take a deep breath.".
