To play weaver you must throw away any idea of becoming a brawler hero, your a ranged hard carry first. Rely on health and mana regeneration from rings early to late game for survival, your the biggest threat when you've stacked nothing but damage. stay far enough away during teamfights so that you aren't targeted and can deal damage from a distance.
