Eating immortal characters gives you a substantial permanent health bonus.

Don't know how I forgot to mention this, but Supernatural Events mustn't be turned off for this to work.
Any mods that kill victims of cannibalism with either "death_execution_eaten_unknown" or "death_execution_eaten" will be fully compatible. Tbh, I can't think of any reasons why anyone would use any other death type in this situation :/

Not compaitble with A Game of Thrones, as eating people do not give you the bloodline :(

@Kaiser Corn I respectfully disagree as I use it regularly without any problems.

Could you please do some more testing? Perhaps take a look at the error log as well.
