Built in Brisbane, QLD, Australia in 2005.

200m to roof and 250m to communications mast.

Approx 4000 tris.

There's been a happy marriage here between reducing the tri count and laziness. I've skimped on some of the finer details, like sun shades, the pool decks, and the podium canopy. This is to keep tris down mostly.

It was a controversial building when it was built, with some people calling it ugly while others thought it was beautiful. Either way there's no doubting it's iconic status on the Brisbane skyline.

Hey lemontang, amazing work on all your assets. I'm working on a Brisbane themed city, are you up for a challenge of making any of the three following buildings:

- Soleil Brisbane
- Infinity Tower
- The One Residences
If yes, have fun creating, and again, got all your assets, love them all. Can't wait to see your next post on the steam workshop!

Hey Smutty, it was free modelling software called 'blender'. It's really good and really popular so there's heaps online to help you learn how to use it.

Hey what method do you use to create these buildings ... just curious as I have a lot of time on my hands lately and would like to try ... Brisbane is where I was born, on the Sunshine Coast now. Cheers

Thanks Rob! Yes this, and the Riverside centre, were Seidler's. In fact I'm pretty sure Riparian was his last ever building and his second tallest after MLC.

Great work on those upper balconies, I could tell it was probably one of Seidler's buildings straight away!

it would be awesome if the top part when from the highest level to the lowest and if the building was white or concrete! please can you make a new building with this adjustment please?

Nice model, looks great in game. The design itself is not that bad imo. However, being the neighbor of 111 somehow makes it looks dull and outdated. I guess more people prefer shiny glass boxes over big chunk of concrete nowadays :(

AMAZING! Especially given that Brisbane is now on the rise to rival Sydney and Melbourne!
