For every province the country got, it get the following debuffs stacks

Stability Cost Modifier +1.0% ( Max +500%)
Morale of Armies -0.3% ( Max -50% )
Morale of Navies -0.3% ( Max -50% )
State Maintenance +10.0% ( Max +500% )
Aggressive Expansion Impact +0.2% ( Max +100%)
Years of separatism +0.2 ( Max +100 )


More active rebels , they spawn faster and if you let them capture provinces, the rebels get reinforcements.

This mod is focused to play with Extended Timeline, but you can play without it too.
