Yep, I figured it out after a while. Lack of help information ingame made me look for answers here in the community hub. Its early access version tho. A lot is still missing ingame...

My vids explain more and more and get better. the later ones coming out tomorrow and the next day have more APXS using and more probing.

Yeah I learned its about changing cameras and for the probe its the arm left selection and you can see it on the bottom camera. You can insert it pretty deep but don't go too deep as you will push the rover up!
