Tabula, it's probably a sequel. As Snow said, this takes place 1K years after Changed. And another thing is that I don't see how it could be a prequel if all the humans are transfured.

Snow at one point on Twitter stated that this game takes place around 1000 years after Changed, and that it is in the same universe. Hard to say if he's stuck to that considering this is also somewhat of a dead project, but there you go.

It could be a sequel. All the characters look like they've been transfured with the K variant. Doesn't make sense why the latex could infect them at this stage, but probably is a new variant that mutated.
