100% Achievement + Game Walkthrough
By MadScientistSid
My first words for this guide are a warning about SPOILERS, it sound dumb on a 100% achievement guide to say that, but if you scroll down, there is no turning back, you'll be spoiled, so I'd highly recommand you to play and understand the game by yourself in the first place before looking for answers ..

Second place, is that it took me a lot of time, to write this, make the walkthought and stuff, and, as you may know, STAY is pretty deep, and there are some flaw in my work, and i'll gladly changes anything, if you can explain me where i'm wrong, don't just say "I gOt DifFeRenT ChOiCe Yu SucK", well yeah, some dialogs may vary if you have a long time away but it shouldn't change too much from what I got, and I mostly worked on playthought WITHOUT leaving.

With that beeing said, I'd believe you are ready to read my guide.

A recap of the achievement list

So there are 31 achievements, the puzzle achievement are story related so you should have already have them (if not I'd ask you one more time to reconsider reading more and enjoy the game by yourself

14 of them are story related and can't be missed
11 are related to endings
5 are related on special choices during gameplay
And the last one require you to have all the achievements ..

So, for the 14 story related, you only need to complete the puzzle wich the achievement is related, you can't miss them, (unless you give up and uninstal the game, but here i am with my guide that gonna help you if you are stucked)

The 5 who are related to special choices are

---------------------------------
Breaking the ice
Zen master
Dr.Livestone relative
The collectionist
Werewolf Can be achieved only on full moon days with a 4 day gap
---------------------------------

Breaking the ice, you need to give your name to Quinn, this choice is on the C3 and can't be missed.

Zen master, while an interlude time, you need to watch the whole time where Quinn wander, this can't be missed, unless you leave the 3 times that there's an interlude on a run.

Dr.Livestone, this one isn't that hard, you'll need 2 play to get it, (you get different rooms when you are confronted to the 2 door choices (11 and 12) and there is a way to miss the wine cellar too, but you really need to do bad choices, you'll see later)

The collectionist, this one is a little bit more tricky since there are a bit more items and some are kinda hard to find. You'll need 3 runs, maybe 4, i'm not sure .. I've made a list of all items, paste the image in paint and paint something on the one you have if you do have trouble. (if you miss only one item it's probably the humming bird, since it's the more tricky to have.)

The werewolf achievement comes up at C10, you need to have the petunia (Not the pink carnation), and pick the option "Enjoy the fresh air" if you have trouble on getting it, I've recorded how to get it in one of my ending path video.

I'll keep the ending achievement for the end since ending in STAY are very special to get. But I must warn you, it will take a moment to get them, but if you are really determinated you can do it ! Good luck to complete Quinn journey, and keep your heads on
Chapter 1 - 6
So, all my images follow a pattern, I didn't put some colors for nothing and some, have some flaws, some may have different answer or reaction if you were AWAY too long, and I'm willing to add/changes anything if you give me enough intel to make it possible to change .. (Keep in my mind I've worked around 50 hours to makes this guide)

Black, doesn't affect too much the story
Orange, does affect the story, i don't know exactly who changes what exactly, i'm still trying to improove it
Green, affect in a "positive way" (+ bound + trust + items)
Red in a "negative way" (- bound - trust DEAD END)
Light blue shows that past choices impact the actual choices
Blue shows the room you'll unlock
Dark blue, used for the werewolf achievement (i have no idea why; i'd thought it was nice to show it in that color)
Purple, used mostly for personnal notes
Brown, puzzle tips

Chapter 7 - 12

I've actually no idea what affect those choices, I'd believe it's all about the bounding ..

For the plants, "Carnivorous plant" should have been in orange if i'm not wrong .. And i'd believe the plants appears depending the bonding/trust

Chapter 13 - 18

I did not wrote it, but it doesn't matter if you pick tails/heads, he'll get + bound and get in the slide

Chapter 19 - 24

(Not sure about the choices that vary the dialog here, maybe it's just 50/50 and you gotta take care if you don't want to see Quinn die)

Endings
So, thats probably why you came here, to reach endings, there are some difficulties on some that may trouble you. I've recorded every ending (with the full playtrought on youtube)

Not gonna lie, i've kinda made random choices at some point to see if I would get the desired ending and starting to note every choices would have took me like 5 more times, so i just recorded the game, then i've realised some ending ARE BASED ON YOUR RED TIMER (+ what you said of course) and it makes it even harder to have the "perfect solution to have 100%"

As for the 11 endings achievement, we have

- Main finale (End with acceptance and hope)
- Alt ending 1 2 3 4 5 6 (End with different feeling)
- Trust master (End with max trust)
- Better together (End with max bounding)
- Binge staying (Never leave quinn (red timer 00.00.00) and have max trust + bounding) (from what I understood, maybe you do need less)
- End of the road (Get all the endings)

Every ending are based on what you said to Quinn, so, if you made him depressed, you'll get the depressed ending etc.., but some ending are based on how much time you've left Quinn alone (Red time counter) so it's makes it really difficult to replicate it so let's go !

(Video notes, i've used Cheat engine to inject a speed boost in the game, if it goes too fast you should consider slowing it with the youtube option that let you slow the video you watch)

First video, I got, Main finale + Trust master + Better together + Binge staying + Werewolf (Werewolf achievement work only on full moon days) on one run (To be honest I just made the "perfect run" following my notes)

Personnal notes
Well, Here we reach the downpart of this guide, it took me a long moment to make it, but I'm happy to share what i've made. And I'll hope it'll help you to enjoy this beautifull story about depression and anxiety. It helped me to learn about myself, and how to express it.

If you ever want to thank me, you can always do the media content that every creator like, giving a positive rate, tips on what I can change to make it better, leaving a comment, subscribing to my channel ...... and stuff like that..

I'd wish you a nice day.
BONUS - What happened to Quinn
If I had to say what I think on the whole Quinn journey, i'd say that every items has is importance and meaning, from the toilet to the anubis statue, passing by the tied knot.

As for the ending, I'd say that he had a date with his girlfriend and he let her go first since he had phone calls to do, she felt pretty sad, and seeing him not coming made her go back home, since she was too sad thinking about bad things, she get killed on the road, and in front of Quinn.

We can say that all the journey is a dream, since he fall asleep at 4.44, and you'll see him waking up at 4.45 and it can be symbolized as accepting the past and moving on.

"In the Anger ending, where he furiously punched himself, the clock actually went from 4:44 to 4:43.
He blamed himself further more, and willing to self-torture for it.
Quinn did not let go,and he did the exact opposite of it. He had failed the objective of the whole journey.
The time went back one step along with his life" Tanks to Cat of Snow for the additionnal data.

I'd believe that the fight against the kidnaper is nothing else than Quinn believing that he killed his girlfriend by leaving her alone/beeing late/not caring, (the octopus design is from the car)

We can see he has some link with mythology by the amount of gods that are represented (but if you mention that god would save him he get angery and destroy the PC pretty ironic xd)

Aaand, i don't know what to say .. there is a lot of mystery i'd say, that only the devs know what it would mean..

Chose the "tails" option for the coin flip... Quinn got crushed to death and I had to do the whole map puzzle again 🥲

Today is the full moon in case you need the werefolf achievement
MadScientistSid  [author] 2 Mar, 2019 @ 2:15pm
There's a 4 day gap for the full moon in game, So i'd guess you can unlock it between the 18 and 22 March

Wait, real life as in... actual... real life?
O.O
Better whip out a moon cycle calendar, then.
MadScientistSid  [author] 2 Mar, 2019 @ 2:03pm
I've made some research about that and it seems the moon achievement is only unlockable when there is a full moon in real life.

I've randomly unlocked it while playing and the full moon was the 19 and I've unlocked it the 18 ..

I'm sorry for the lacks of info, i'm gonna uptade it RN

Hmm, I tried the werewolf path achievement like you described and showed in the video, but I still didn't get it. Strange.
Although your walkthrough shows a full moon and mine is only a crescent. Maybe that's why? Also I had only 2 endings unlocked. Maybe the moon's size is connected to how many endings I got?

Tanks for the additionnal data, I'm uptading the files.

For the maze, there are doors with some glowing bubbles that are used as a check point, it's very usefull to know it I guess, and I didn't knew there where different maze layout since i've only done it once

For the Binge Staying achievement, I'm not 100% sure too, but I assume that it ask to be the "perfect soulmate" so i'd think you need trust and bound on a high level. I'd guess I'll have more info on it later..

Tanks for the notice on the alternating ending showing the clock gooing to 4.44 to 4.43, I didn't payed that much attention to the ending since it was the last one I needed to see and record and I was pretty tired.

In the Main Finale, when he bid last farewell to his beloved girlfriend and his past, The clock went from 4:44 to 4:45.
He accepted what happened, knew exactly what he had to do.
Quinn let go and moved on, just like the time.

In the Isolation ending, he continued to think about what had happened. But he never knew what to do.
Quinn chose to dwell on the incident, still blaming himself, failing to let go.
So the time dwelled as well.

In the Anger ending, where he furiously punched himself, the clock actually went from 4:44 to 4:43.
He blamed himself further more, and willing to self-torture for it.
Quinn did not let go,and he did the exact opposite of it. He had failed the objective of the whole journey.
The time went back one step along with his life.

naggy as heck :steamfacepalm:
