Screen Grabber

Adds the following ulx command:

Command: !screenshot <player>
Alias: !sr <player>
Description: Takes a screenshot of the given player and, like shown above on the media, sends it over to the person that invoked the command. The screenshot is also stored in the invoker's data folder for later usage.

The screenshot sent is the same as if the target pressed the print screen button in-game and sent the image. Therefore if the target is using, for example, an ESP, it will show up in the screenshot.
