Welcome to the Steam Workshop home of the Improved Quality of Life mod, also known as IQOL.

IQOL adds several enhancements and new features to Conan Exiles, including new character customisation options and additions to the game?s user interface. Keep reading for a breakdown of these features.


Pressing SHIFT+M opens the IQOL Character Customiser, which lets players alter all of their base game character creation properties, such as gender, race, height, etc. as well as the following additions:

• New sliders for every part of the body
  
• Use a color wheel to select skin, hair & eye color
  
• Save and load custom appearances

These options can be accessed for combat thralls, crafting thralls and Pippi Thespians.


IQOL also adds a number of HUD elements that give you more information while you play, and can be individually toggled on or off:

• Trackers for XP, shelter and time of day
  
• Detailed health & stamina readouts
  
• Configurable minimap
  
• Crafting tracker
  
• Map waypoint

Some features from previous versions of IQOL have been temporarily disabled, either for functionality or compatibility reasons. These features will be added back into IQOL in future updates:

• Character Customiser for world NPCs
  
• Simplified main menu

Some notes on compatibility with other mods:

Compatible with...

• Pippi. IQOL allows players to customise Pippi thespians
  
• SlaverMod & Sexiles. IQOL no longer modifies CE?s main animation blueprint, making it compatible with these mods

Incompatible (for now) with...

• Enhanced jiggle physics mods such as BBJigglePhysics. IQOL adds a post-processing animation blueprint, which prevents additional jiggle physics from being displayed
