Make an account, download the Nexus Mod Manager, then download mods.

It's not that I can't run it, I just don't know where to get those mods.

I'll have to post the mods I'm running one of these days.

The ENB I'm using isn't really all that heavy tbh, I don't see why you couldn't run it.

I can't make my game to look this good
