Oh, jeeze. I didn't even notice this comment until TAD replied.
I honestly have no idea. This was several major updates before the last big update to WHII. Starting army size may have been different when I made this or it might have been turn two or three. I don't use cheats and I only used visual asset mods (rarely), so this was probably a vanilla screenshot.
