Locations of each of the Rubies in the game.

(0:07) 1. Near the barrels at the beggining of the game.

(0:28) 2. Follow the path and as soon as you go past the grave, you'll see a sign and and oil lamp.  It's right in front of the sign.

(0:48) 3.  If you keep following this path, stay near the left wall.  If you follow that you'll reach a building that says "Cerberus Electronics".  To the left of its entrance, there's a fence.  Check behind it.

(1:07) 4. After leaving the "Cerberus Electronics" building, head towards the left.  Near the tall antenna, there's a generator.  The ruby is on the floor in front of the generator.

(1:25) 5. Next, enter the house and head to the top floor.  As soon as you climb the stairs, go left and left again to a room with 2 balconies.  Check the one on the right.

(1:41) 6. Leaving the house, head right towards the truck and then right again to reach a bridge.  As soon as you pass the bridge you'll see a ruby on the floor to your left, near the rocks.

(2:12) 7. For this last ruby, you'll need to make some progress in the game.  Once you get in the cave and get the USB key, you open the door for "Cerberus Electronics".  Entering that door will lead to a room.  It's in the middle of that room.
