Introduction & Prerequisites
Greetings fellow users of oversized beatsticks and glorified guns. Getting tired of seeing I or II next to your buster arts' names?
Here's a method I'd like to share for quite fast burst art leveling without hardly any effort.

What you're gonna need for this farm:
- Reach Rank 5 missions
- Have a Rank 1 basic weapon of the type you want to level BAs (Buster Arts) for
- Something to watch while you do it if you're not keen on mindless repetition.

Preparation & Things To Make Your Life Easier
First of all, to even access the mission that makes farming Burst Arts (and Accel Triggers) easy, you need to reach rank 5. After reaching rank 5, a mission or two in, you will receive some requests from Ein. What we're looking for is Ein's Request #2, which you get after you beat Ein's Request #1.

In this mission, you will find no large Aragami, only Ogretails, Zygotes and Dreadpikes.
This selection of small monsters, with a sizable time limit of 40 minutes, allowing even the slowest of buttonmashers enough time to farm up that burst.

You also need to craft a Rank 1 weapon of the class you want to level up Burst Arts for.
Having a Rank 1 weapon means that the small Aragami are not going to die instantly, and you will have way more time to stack up your arts on the pests.

If you happen to have AGAs (Abandoned God Arcs) with the skills Light Sleeper or Sharp Analyst , you can speed up this process of farming Burst Arts and Accel Triggers.

For any who might not know, The skills AGAs give can be installed to any weapon with a slot using the Install Skill menu in the Crafting section.

AGA skills can be put on any weapon that has a slot for them.

I recommend any who farm this to try and get atleast some levels of Light Sleeper to reduce the time needed to devote to this.
Burst Those Arts
Now, what you need to do itself is very simple:

- Equip your Rank 1 weapon of choice

- Equip Burst Arts you want to level (make sure you unequip any possible BA effects, since those are extra damage but don't offer more affinity with the arts on hit!!)

- Equip any possible Light Sleeper Gear (and Sharp Analyst if you're doing Accel Triggers too)

- Get in Ein's Request #2 alone, without any NPC helpers
(i personally recommend Co-op, because then you can heal eachother with guns if necessary)

- Devour an Aragami for burst

- Mash those buttons until everything dies, AND THEN KEEP MASHING THEM
because even if the Aragami is dead, as long as you hit the dead body of it with your Burst Arts, you will still receive Affinity for it.

- Maintain Burst, rine and repeat until the mission is over.

- Look at the fruits of your labour.

Do it again.

And Again..

And Again...

Great, you're now done with farming Burst Arts, and have those great IVs and Vs next to their name, and can move on with the game stronger, and knowing that you've just skipped a bunch of unnecessary usage of Burst Arts you don't like "just because you need to use it to unlock the one you want" or "want to see what the others look like".

Videos & Farewells
Putting aside my fantastic usage of the Charge Spear, here's a visual demonstration of the method:

Here's another video of me using this method. This time I'm farming some Heavy Moon BAs using the Light Sleeper skill:

Thank you for reading this guide, and I hope it helps you on your journey through the Ashlands.

Just a heads up.

I nearly completely disengaged with your content the instant I saw the character handle of "Niggajim".

Racist shit isn't funny.

Thanks for the tips.

Grow up, or reconsider your life.

Just thought to throw my opinion on this, like some have said I personally find rank 7 better to level burst arts, HOWEVER I'd suggest Northern Route #2 and Western Route #2.Doing these 2 routes I've been able to easily obtain/hold burst and level skills up from no progress to half way rank 3 or to rank 4 with the odd one maxing out, each run takes me about 7 - 12 minutes.

Northern Route #2 consists of 2 Axe Raiders, 2 Gboros with 3 Dreadpikes turning up about half way fighting the Gboros. I take your idea of using a rank 1 weapon with Light Sleeper maxed, the NPCs normally get aggro allowing me to do what I want.

Western Route #2 consists of a Quadriga and Chi-You. I normally use this route for more stationed burst arts and air burst arts thanks to the Quadriga not moving too much and being a huge target. I bait the Chi-You to the NPCs then go after the Quadriga staying in his face to prevent most of his attacks hitting me.

I personally consider the Rank 7 mission inferior, because at least personally, I'd rather have my arts ready before I'd enter Rank 7, which is considered post story.
Also the Rank 7 mission contains Fallen Spiders, which I personally consider the most annoying Aragami in the game.

Tl;dr Southern Route #2 isn't as accessible being in rank 7 instead of 5, but at the end of the day its user preference.

turns out the perfect timing got figured out: when you are waiting with the shiny thing of the weapon, your right leg will lift in the air, right as its about to touch the ground, thats when you do it

I'd suggest people to wait until rank 7 and unlock Southern Route #2.
A 7mn run with a full squad (I was mostly hitting dead aragamis) was enough to level up Carnage Moon to rank 5 (I had never used it before).

Azure, regarding the Heavel or Hell art, As the Burst Art explanation says, the timing is very precise. After you round fang, go into cleave fang normally, but keep an eye out on the yellow aura emanating from the weapon. As soon as those yellow waves come together and flash once, that's when you have to retract the fang. I recommend spending some time with it in the training room and practicing the timing. I found the key to be to not rush it, and be patient with it even after it has impacted with an enemy. Hope this helps.
