I have her decked out in a new outfit (specifically the shirt!) purchased or crafted from Ellies Outfitter shop, another Fallout4 mod made by Elianora (I think it's Ellies armor compendium?)

Heather is my favorite quirky companion roaming the post apocalyptic Boston Commonwealth, though I am increasingly suspicious she might be a synth..or Motoko Kusanagi! lol
Ellianora has some great outfits for males and females and mods for Fallout4 all available on the Nexus Mods website.
