Requeriments and Explanations
First of all, these achievements are bugged/glitched and they won't unlock unless you install:
Big Brother Achievements fix (Game mod) by Caldor.

These are by far the hardest achievements of the game, so leave them to the very end. I recommend having the team at around level 60.

Cameras respawn if you save and load, so each map must be done in one sitting. They also have a respawn time which, in my experience, is about an hour. The only exception is for some cameras in Downtown (explained in its section of the guide).

I tried to make the routes as easy to follow and as accurate as possible. Lines in yellow are done on foot, lines in green are elevators, high vents or ziplines, and lines in blue are fast travels between Relay Beacons. Relay Beacons are marked with orange squares.

Note: I didn't make the maps, only the route lines over them.
Team Build
Clones

Find and use good clones for your team stats. You may look for high level clones from enemy facilities if you want to get the best possible stats.

There are different types of clones, these are what I used:
- Soldier: Movement Speed and Accuracy.
- Support: Movement Speed and Accuracy.
- Hacker: Movement Speed, Energy and Energy Regeneration (Energy Regeneration is very important for the Hacker because Hijack reduces it)
- Infiltrator: Accuracy (Master Assassin gives enough movement speed to not need it here, even if using Heavy Body Armor)

Tactics and Tips
Survivability

Keep moving and keep the alarm level under control. Kill enemies fast when you must and use Cloak everytime you are not in the enemy's sights. The idea is to deal only with the "mandatory" enemies that are in your way and move before reinforcements arrive.

Stop at Relay Beacons for a few seconds to regenerate health, shield and armor.

The Soldier is a great tank, he uses Draw Fire to get aggro, Harden to mitigate damage received (he ignores damage received when it's maxed out) and Shield Recharger to replenish shield.

The Specialist is your healer, with Medi Pack as your primary healing skill and Nanobot Heal to regenerate health between fights (the Specialist can't shoot while Nanobot Heal is active).

Use the Specialist's Team Stims skill to micomanage actions as fast as possible.

Get used to activate/deactivate the skills with keybinds and rebind them to the keys that you are most confortable with. This is especially useful to cloak and uncloak the whole team at once.

Don't forget to activate your Hacker's Drone (Cloak works on it too and it won't shoot anything if you are not in combat).

Grenades are great to deal with groups of enemies, but they increase the alarm level and more enemies will come, so use them wisely.

Damage

What you see in the team build table is what I found to be the best weapons for general use (against health, shield and armor).

The Soldier's Rage skill is overpowered when maxed out, it gives the whole team an insane damage boost.

The Support's Mark Target skill makes the toughest enemies much easier to kill, and if combined with the Soldier's Rage skill everything becomes trivial.

Hijack

A hijacked enemy will open all the doors of the facilities of his faction.

The Hacker should hijack instead of shoot. Hijack instantly disables an enemy.

It's fine to have more than 1 hijacked enemy during combat, but I recommend to have no more than 1 while out of combat or your Hacker will lack energy regeneration. You can send them to clone to get rid of them.

You can send hijacked enemies to destroy cameras in dead ends to win time and distract the enemy.

Starting the route with a hijacked enemy could provide an initial advantage.
Downtown
This is the only area where some cameras were respawning while I was doing the route. I found out that cameras inside enemy facilities (red zones in the game's map) were respawning very fast (in around 10 minutes), so I did the route as fast as I could and then I split my team to destroy those cameras that respawned already.

An alternative method here is to ignore red zones and go to them at the end.
Grid District
This is where the real challenge begins. Try to use the tactics and tips mentioned in its section of the guide and, if you complete the route in less than one hour, you will succeed.

CBD
Industrial District
This is the most challenging area, not only because it has many cameras, but because it contains highly protected facilities with the toughest enemies in the game, so leave it for the last one.

Yes, that's right, cameras respawn if you save and load, so each map must be done in one sitting. Added to the guide.
