Mission Control requirements
By McGargoyle
Since Mission Control staff needs to be trained well in advance, I found it very useful to know what will be needed for future missions.
So I made a list...
Here it is.

It is almost complete, it will see you to the Moon from both sides of the Iron Curtain.

All deep space probes require one Propulsion Specialist during the season when they are launched only.
The other staff are needed for the entire duration, which is:

Great chart...thank you for the time to do this for us...before knowing about this I just made sure everyone was highly trained constantly...training all the time and obsessed with training everyone...also hiring the right people so that the training gets to the highest the quickest...its so important the hiring as much as the training
"also not all missions are visible when you start the game." Yes, they are. They absolutely are.
Ziggurt 7 Jul, 2022 @ 1:16am
@McGargoyle - also not all missions are visible when you start the game. So this is invaluable for us who like easily available info and like to plan ahead.

Be that as it may, I found a single chart much more helpful than clicking through every single mission.

Boudi, you just don't know how to access it. Click on any mission you want, opened or not, then click the information icon in the upper right of the mission icon, then click the number 1 to select the first step of the mission, then click the ground crew button in the upper right. The screen is the exact same as the one when you set up a mission.

The dev could have done a better job in the tutorial of explaining that it's there, but all of that information is available in game.

Wombat : No, no like this. You have the total required controllers, but not the detail.

Thanks! This information was sorely needed. I don't no why they didn't put charts like this in the manual.

You can view this information in the game too by viewing the personnel screen of any hypothetical mission. You don't even need to open the program.

very helpful, thanks!
