Skaven Food+ [Works with Grim&Grom]

This mod improves the broken Skaven food system, instead of exploiting rebellions to get food. This mod makes the food easier to maintain. It lets you use the food system to be an advantage instead of a disadvantage and hassle, as you will be able to loot and occupy settlements and upgrade them to higher tier settlements much easier due to the food being easier to get.

Features
1. Skaven armies can go into raiding stance at 0% remaining movement, The Skaven are now like Norsca how they can raid at 0% remaining movement making them a raiding faction but instead of reducing upkeep of armies it gives you food (You get +5 food in raiding stance).
2. Settlements no longer cost food to upkeep, although armies, colonisation, under-empire, buildings and the menace below will still subtract from your food supply.
3. Razing settlements will give you +8 food.
4. Eating captives will give you +8 food.
