They don't regenerate if you kill all of them in a need zone. Instead a new need zone will appear somewhere else. It's best to not kill the last one, so they regenerate and you know where to find them when you want them. This lake is the SE lake at the bottom of the 'Baby Lake' (Lago Bebe) area.I pitched a tent at the bottom of the inlet and look North just under 200 meters.

What a beautiful scene! It's good to not over hunt them--does it take a long time for them to regenerate? I enjoy hanging out with my husband while he plays the game, but we never saw buffalo at all. Way to go!
