I agree? I never looked at this because I dismissed it as old, but honestly this is way better then the new one.

why dose this almost look better? theirs more deffinition to the legs and more structure i can see why some may prefer this the newer one is really just a blob

The vortigaunt seems to be going well too, but I have no idea when it will be finished.

I have the new houndeye model pretty much done. There's not much left to do, so it will hopefully be uploaded in a week or two.

Heard you were remodeling some of these classic models. If you don't mind me asking, how is that going?

Thanks. I tried to make an ichthyosaur model before, but I wasn't really happy with how it was going, so I'm going to try again later.

@Brain Dead Hey, that sounds great! Honestly, this mod is amazing and the detail blows my mind. The eye explodey thing is sorely missed, however. Still, you've clearly got a talent for this. I was wondering, a request you may not have heard yet, but what about an Ichthyosaur model replacement? Imagining a new HD rendition of that beast is nightmare fuel. Regardless of all that, good work and thanks for taking the time to upload these for us. :)

I'm going to try to remake the whole model again eventually. I'll probably still keep it as close to the HL1 model as I can, so I don't know about the hooves.

I will try to do something with the exploding eyes though.
