Type of building: Growable - residential low, level 5.
A small residential building located in the suburb of Auckland, New Zealand.
For the convenient construction of buildings, I merged 3 houses into one.

To be honest, I have no idea. I just found this house on one of the New Zealand sites with the sale of houses. There was this title.

Sadly the ground flickers depending on camera distance if the ground/building alingment is not 100% flat - and this one i do nearly never get placed without flickering
