These locations are the best for factions with many members.

Everyone can be creative when it comes to base designs but you need to be careful when choosing a prop, some props have more hp than others. Best way to check this is to use a blowtorch weapon and point at a prop.
metal_plate4x4 Is personally my favorite prop when it comes to base building.

Once you've found your perfect base location, you want to start building!
I chose PD (Police department for this guide).
You can start of by placing the first prop 4x4 PHX prop.

You can now locate the "Precision Tool" Under Q-menu.
Since we most likely are going to need to move the prop around a bit, you can use the "Push/Pull" by adjusting the numbers. (And use RIGHT CLICK to push/pull the prop)
Once you have pushed the prop behind the doors, you can then nocollide the prop so you can inside the base. And then collide it again so nobody can come in!

Stacking the props.
Select your tool "Stacker Improved" and have it as the same settings as mine.
Once you have done that, simply left click on the main prop. And stack the prop as shown below.
You need to go back to your "Stacker Improved" tool and change your settings.
Now it may be different for you guys, but these "Changes" worked for me.
Now stack your props till you hit the prop limit, the end result should look like this.

Next step is quite important, as it will give you access in and out of your base.
Locate the "Fading Door Tool" under Q menu. As shown below.
Then you need to choose your binding for the props to be opened and closed.
And you start clicking on all of the props at the entrance of your base.
