Описание
simple mod that takes away the ability to block attacks that come from behind until you hit level 55 in your chosen weapon to prevent starving bandits and dusttards from inexplicably becoming neo from the matrix for a few seconds while still preserving the danger of engaging high level enemies, also now you have to be more careful with your positioning because getting surrounded sucks hard

level 55 in overall melee defence or the weapon specialisation level?

I just found this mod did not prevent a Dust Bandit with 15 melee attack from blocking from the back. I doubt he was 55+ in any weapon skill.

doesn't seem to work? I put it last in load order, started new game, and tested it, starving vagrants still block with their backs to you...
