RE2 Remake Tofu Playermodel & NPC

In case you're wondering, no this is not an out of session april fools joke.

The strongest STARS member known as Tofu[residentevil.fandom.com], is a playable survivor character from Resident Evil 2 Remake. This independent Tofu doesn't need no help from a Toyota AE86 to reach it's destination. Ported from XPS.

- Bodygroups (check screenshot)
- "invisible" c_arms
- NPCs, both friendly and enemy found under RE2
- Hitboxes
- Ragdolls
- Props (beret, both large and small variants)
- Custom Taunt support

*Note(s):
- I've also included a smaller variant of the STARS beret if people want to use that as an accessory for posing on regular human models, since the original tofu beret is big af.

- Texture issues FIXED!
