One metal part spawns at a random place every 30 mins after server restart, your best shot is 6,5 hrs after restart - all of them would have been spawned already. This happens because the maximum number of parts spawned in between restarts is 13.

I know I start seeing them an hour after, but I also have witnessed them spawning several hours after restart... So I'd like to know more.
