Merges changes made by 'Glavius's Ultimate AI' and 'Real Space 3.2'.

This prevents Glavius's AI behavior from being disabled on some megastructures.
Also incorporates Gateway Construction Icons from https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1417954591. Since that mod is only 1 file it is completely included and is not required.

If you're using any other mod that modifies dyson spheres or ringworlds, DO NOT use this patch. Instead, you NEED a patch between that mod and Real Space.

We're beginning to sound like a broken record here, but now we need 2.2.7.

Well...I say that, but I also was playing last night for several hours with no issues, so it's probably just a runtime thing. There again I'm not playing w/ringworlds this playthrough, so..yeah.
