Report a translation problem
(I have played through the game before and never had a problem, on this playthrough though this problem popped up right when you get the umbrella in the Hatter's domain - It seems to be working now.)
Sorry for the TL;DR post - I know some people aren't super fluent in changing programming lines so I wanted to make this as clear and helpful as possible.
a few lines down was this:
+Bindings=(Name="R",Command="SwitchMeleeWeapon")
which I noticed after a few failed attempts of the above fix
I changed it to:
+Bindings=(Name="V",Command="SwitchMeleeWeapon")
(any other key really, I just wanted it to be V)
Example: I wanted block to be on "R" (because I use ESDF instead of WASD)
So I had to change this:
+Bindings=(Name="E",Command="TriggerBlock true | OnRelease TriggerBlock false")
to this:
+Bindings=(Name="R",Command="TriggerBlock true | OnRelease TriggerBlock false")
umbrella can not open if you are not locking your enemy
