@zach Haven't played the game for quite a while, so can't really give a certain answer.
Just from reading through the mods description and comments, it kinda seems the [DEPRECATED] Additive Shader isn't to stable atm and suffers from some bugs.
You can probably just try disabling one and enabling the other version of the mod if you want to try, as it seems like they share the same base code.

Is the additive shader dependency still needed? Seems abandoned and replaced by something that poses mod interaction issues.
